These terms of use apply to the use of the TalkSight app (hereinafter "App") and the associated website. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

TalkSight is an iOS app for conversation analysis. The app records conversations, detects speakers, analyzes communication patterns, and provides feedback in the form of scores and tips.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

TalkSight offers 2 free AI analyses, a paid Pro subscription, and a one-time purchase (Lifetime). Billing is handled through the Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region.

• Free: 2 AI analyses included, full access to all features
• Pro: $11.99/month or $89.99/year (unlimited AI analyses)
• Lifetime: $179.99 one-time purchase (all Pro features, permanent access)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. This does not apply to the Lifetime one-time purchase — it grants permanent access with no auto-renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use the App for legal purposes. In particular, you are responsible for complying with the legal requirements for recording conversations in your jurisdiction (e.g., consent of all conversation participants).

5. Disclaimer — Not a Therapy or Medical Product

TalkSight is a communication tool for self-reflection and is intended for informational purposes only. The app is expressly not a medical product, not a therapeutic tool, and not a substitute for:

• Psychotherapy or psychological counseling
• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Psychiatric or neurological assessment
• Couples therapy or mediation

Analysis results, scores, and tips are based on algorithmic evaluation and may vary. They do not constitute professional assessment and should be understood as guidance for self-reflection — not as a diagnosis or directive.

TalkSight can be supportive, e.g. for people with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, or social anxiety. However, the app does not replace professional help under any circumstances. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties or suspect a condition, please consult a qualified professional.

The operator assumes no liability for decisions or actions taken based on the app's results.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, code, and content, belong to the operator. The App may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.

8. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, insofar as legally permissible, the domicile of the operator.
